By using Bonks Empire (the "Service") at bonks-empire.pages.dev, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Service.
Bonks Empire is a free, personal-use game launcher that aggregates browser-based games from public sources. The games themselves are third-party content; Bonks Empire does not own, host, or distribute them. We provide an interface for finding and playing them, plus optional social features (accounts, friends, chat, leaderboards).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under the minimum age of digital consent in your country (13 to 16 depending on jurisdiction), you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You can use the dashboard without an account — your settings save to your browser only. If you create an account (with a username and password, and optionally an email), you're responsible for:
Email is optional and is not verified. You can change your password from your profile menu. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

We use automated rate limits, an editable word filter, and manual moderation to enforce these rules. The Service operator may delete messages, mute, block, or remove accounts at their discretion.
Sending a friend request, chatting in the global room, or sending a direct message means you consent to the recipient(s) seeing your username, avatar, bio, and the content you sent. Direct messages are visible only to you and your friend; the global room is visible to all signed-in users.
Messages are stored on Cloudflare's D1 database. Deleted messages are soft-deleted; metadata may remain in backups for a limited period.
Peer-to-peer delivery (DMs only). When both DM participants are online, direct messages are delivered via WebRTC peer-to-peer transport, which exposes each peer's public IP address to the other. You are only able to DM accepted friends, so this address is shared only with people you've explicitly added. The DM is also persisted server-side for offline catch-up and moderation.
The game library is third-party content provided as-is. We make no representation about its accuracy, safety, or legality in your jurisdiction. We don't endorse any specific game and aren't responsible for any side effects of playing them. If you believe a game in the library infringes on rights, contact us and we'll review.
Anything you submit (username, avatar, bio, chat messages, etc.) stays yours — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, transmit, and store it within the Service while your account is active. We don't claim ownership and don't sell it.
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from the account menu — this wipes your profile, chat messages, friends, and synced state immediately. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in safety or abuse cases.
The Service is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or anything else. Games may stop working, the dashboard may glitch, chat history may be lost, leaderboards may go down. You use it knowing all that.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonks Empire and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. If a court ever holds us liable for something, the total liability is capped at $0 (since the Service is free).
We can update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-dashboard the next time you open the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
